Dr Barber has been MIA from the practice for the last 2 weeks. He will be back this Wednesday to resume care of our patients. He and his wife Katie have added a new addition to their family, Miss Lily. Welcome Lily to the GMOS family. A big thank you to Dr Springer and the team for continuing to do amazing oral surgery care for our patients while Dr B was out.

Amazing morning with Rick Ritts from @dentalsimulationspecialists in Chicago and his simulation mannequin, Pete. The team was able to go over emergency medical scenarios to be as prepared as possible for any type of emergency. Surgical excellence and patient experience is our passion, but our patients’ safety is our top priority.

An amazing conference today with our team. GMOS is building on its strong foundation to create a truly patient focused practice that recognizes patients are #1 and we value our referring offices and doctors highly. Our kickoff event for the Modesto Study Club happened last night at @greatermodestooralsurgery. It was the annual kick off event Night at the Movies where the group came together to watch two excellent lectures on comprehensive and esthetic dentistry followed by discussion. Thank you to all our members for your participation and commitment to excellence and education. The food was ballpark style food and lots of people represented their favorite sport teams jerseys.

Dr Barber received a gift today from his 3 year old patient...she gave him one of her famous drawings. So sweet and kind. Thank you from all of us at GMOS to this young lady who brightened our day!

Our summer intern Collin Soderstrom last day was today. We wish him the best in his premed studies. He aspires to be a trauma surgeon in the future. We know he will be successful.
