Milgard Ultra window install in San Clemente. 20 windows and 3 sliders.

We built this deck last week in 2 days for a Winery in San Clemente. They needed outdoor dining seating, so we built this deck for them. Just under 850 SF.

Here is a remodel we just finished up in San Clemente. We took out the bearing walls to open it up with a built up LVL beam. We installed new Nana Wall doors across the front of the house. We installed a new linear fireplace along with a new kitchen and tile throughout the house. All new can lighting and ceiling fans.

A door job we did Yesterday in San Clemente. Switched out front door to a new Dutch door and changed out slider to new Sliding panel slider. We will be back next week to start on the Hardi-Plank siding.

Laguna Niguel remodel ready for concrete.

Here is a kitchen and bath remodel we did in Bear Creek. We took out a fiberglass tub shower combo and built a new large walk in shower.

Here is a kitchen remodel we are just finishing up. Back splash and paint next week. We took out existing cabinets and soffit and raised ceiling for new full height cabinets. We added some LED under cabinet and puck lights.

Start of a new remodel project in San Clemente. We are taking our some bearing wall to open room up for a new kitchen. We are also prepping opening for (6) new Nana Wall bifold glass doors.

We are close to finishing up the Anaheim remodel. Cabinets and counter-tops went in over the weekend.

After the rain delays we got our drywall delivered and stocked. 160 sheets upstairs and 20 downstairs, 12 foot sheets. Lath this week and drywall next week.

After weeks of engineering delays we got our trusses late Monday. 1800 SF of trusses and plywood loaded on the second floor. Roof got stacked and mostly sheeted on Tuesday before we had to tarp for rain. Didn't have time to take any more pictures.

Here is a deck job we did recently in Winchester. About 440 SF up on the hill with a spectacular view.

This is an addition to care facility in Lake Elsinore. Adding 2 bedrooms off the rear. Lumber is being dropped tomorrow and framing later this week.

1 day later and 450 studs later the walls are all stood. Plumb and line tomorrow and shear panel.

Here Is a slab we did in Winchester for a new steel work shop for great client.

Update on this project. We poured 36 yards of concrete for the pads and patio slab. Second story is joisted out and sheeted. We plated all the walls yesterday and they will be framed tomorrow. We are adding a little over 1700 SF to this home.
