May not look like a big change but this was a knee replacement was the only option constant pain could not walk 100 yards without horrible debilitating pain. Second picture post regenerative medicine off all pain meds walking 3 miles daily and most of all avoiding knee replacement. Even if your told replacement is your only option it may not be.....
