Hey Graeagle! Let me introduce myself. My name is Caitlin (Raymond) Comstock and am born and raised right here in Graeagle (Clio specifically). I have been a group fitness instructor and personal trainer for 10+ years. I've taken my career from Los Angeles, to Reno, to now my wonderful hometown and my goal has been to get this community to happiest and healthiest by offering affordable fitness options. I manage the new fitness facility in Graeagle, Graeagle Fitness, and with... a brand new year on the horizon I'd love to reach out, introduce myself and see how I can assist you in your health and wellness needs. I've got big plans for a great group classes coming in January, but I'd love your input on what classes your interested in seeing! I also offer nutrition counseling and one on one personal training, specializing in senior fitness, Mobility Training and endurance and agility training.
