Coach Natalie finished our Legacy wall! This wall is meant to show and honor those who brought Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Gracie Barra to where it is today! Mitsuyo MaedaMaster Carlos Gracie Sr.Master Helio GracieRolls Gracie Master Carlos Gracie Jr. And right behind her is a custom bench and stools Professor Connor made!

Special tip for when executing a triangle submission is to under hook their leg as they stand up so they can’t lift you up and then to pull down on the back of their head to restrict their breathing even more!
