Come join us this next Tuesday March 5th at the Good Vibes Wellness Center. 'Sacred Harmony' is the union of EloraFina and Jason Marquez. Together they will lead a heart-opening cacao ceremony that will support and rekindle the relationship to yourself and with others. As you sip your cup of cacao (the worlds highest naturally occurring magnesium plant medicine) your heart will open and be cradled by thought provoking sharing and heart centered compassionate ways of being -... all while sipping on the elixer of the Gods. Special Sound Bath master, Dev Shabad, will join us as he leads us on an exquisite journey through the frequencies of sound. In 2014, Jonathan Dalquist (Dev Shabad Singh) discovered Kundalini Yoga, a powerful and effective householder yoga practice that strengthens all the body systems while bringing forth the greater awareness of our hidden human potential. He found the experience so profound that it changed his life course forever, prompting him to pursue Kundalini Yoga Teacher training. Certified in 2016, Dev Shabad now dedicates himself to sharing Kundalini yoga enhanced with sound healing to help us awaken and utilize the creative energy of our higher consciousness. His workshops include Gong Pujas using the Flower of Life and Tree of Life gongs to facilitate physical and emotional wound healing potential. DONATION $33 // Please RSVP as soon as possible. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, a pillow, eye-mask (to block out light if you so choose), offerings for our altar and your own mug for cacao. Please refrain from eating at least three hours prior to our ceremony as cacao will be better received in the body without food.
