My last day of 42, and I just sent my manuscript off to the editor. What a journey of emotions I have had through this process of writing . My Insecurity and fear of judgment were predominant, which was ironic considering the book's premise is to work through these emotional triggers. Healing is a continuous journey

Such lovely gifts of appreciation from two special little girls. . Over the summer, one of these girls had heart surgery. . Another practitioner/friend and I supported her & her family with Ayurvedic meals in the hospital and lots of love .
