Next up is the DARK ORANGE - our spin on the classic Negroni - Olmeca Altos Reposado Tequila, Aperol, Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth and Green Chartreuse. It's bold, complex and fruity. Come and get it!!

Next up is THE CLEAR - we make a whole milk punch with cloves, allspice and vanilla. Then we mix it with Old Forester Bourbon, Pernod Absinthe and pineapple juice - we let it sit for a few days to split apart and leave a delicious and creamy clarified cocktail without the density of dairy. Exciting new changes afoot on the Goldie's menu - we're committed to constantly bringing you innovative farm to table options so we've updated our cocktail menu with some seasonal offerings and we'll introduce each one in turn. First up is THE PINK - the base of this cocktail is Square One Organic Rye Vodka, paired beautifully with Emilio Lustau Fino Sherry. To that we add lemon juice and a house made syrup of Aperol, fresh grapefruit and pepper. This drink is fresh, balanced and perfect drinking over this warm weekend! And why not try it out at our SUNDAY FUNDAY - from 3pm to close on Sunday we do every single drink for HALF PRICE!!! Bring your friends, bring their friends, bring yourself and make friends!

Our feature cocktail this week is the "Ab Fab": Campo de Encanto Pisco from San Francisco, Merlet Creme de Cassis from France, Lemon, egg white meringue and garnished with Sumac. Come try out this delicious twist on a pisco sour all week!
