I speak to many women that say " I feel like I'm in menopause". I want to be clear that you aren't in menopause until you have reached 12 months with ZERO menstrual bleeding. Perimenopause is interesting because a woman can go 9...10...11 months with no menstrual cycle and then BOOM she has a period . Start the clock over! Sorry boo you aren't menopause yet....
