New plants are arriving for spring planting. We will be open on Easter Sunday.

We are extending our open hours for spring. We will be open until 5 Wednesday through Saturday, 10-3 on Sundays. Closed Mon and Tuesday. We are starting to see new plants at the nursery so come on by and check it out.

We are starting to get more plants as spring continues. Don't plant tender vegetables until Mothers Day, but there is still plenty to do In the garden. You can plant hardy plants, perennials, and cool-season vegetables now. Remember to get your plants off to a great start by using Sure Start at planting time.

The nursery will be closed until January 13th, when we will re-open for 2021! See you then, or you can always leave us a message.

If you are looking for vegetable starts for spring, we have them. Broccoli, artichokes, spinach, lettuce, onion, strawberry, and seed for carrots, beets, radish, and peas. These are cold hard vegetables, so you can plant them now, even though we will have more cold and frost. The summer vegetables, like tomatoes, will be available in later April.

If you want to get your honey for the fall, winter, or spring of next year, best get them now. We are selling through our 2019 harvest of honey. Our wildflower honey is gathered from hives here at the nursery. Unlike others, we do not move our hives, so you get all the beautiful nectar and pollen from our local plants. Great for preventing or reducing the severity of allergies. Don't miss out, get your honey today!

Our bees have done it again, producing the most abundant honey harvest yet! We don't run our hives "off the hill" to pollenize valley crops but keep them here on The Divide. This is what you want when using honey as allergy relief. Next time someone tries to sell you "local honey" ask them if they move their hives. If they do, it's not local. We sell our honey here at The Golden Gecko.
