This week’s special is Bun Thang! Let us travel to northern VIETNAM for this exquisite noodle soup. It consists of rice vermicelli in pork broth , flavored with shrimp paste, garnished with delicate thin strands of eggs, shiitake mushrooms, cha lua, and shredded chicken.

This iconic dish originated from Beijing, China. It has been prepared since the imperial era. At Golden Delight, #PekingDuck is usually served in 2 courses. The crisp skin is accompanied with steamed wheat-flour buns coupled with hoisin sauce, scallions cut into brushes, and thin slices of cucumber. The meat of the duck is cut up and stir-fried with onions and ginger as a second course.
