Yesterday was #MoleDay, so it would have been the perfect day to check your skin. But today is probably next best I heard it announced on the radio that it was Mole Day but then they debated if it was Mole Day for the animal , Mole Day for spies, or beautiful moles like Cindy Crawford has. Then I saw a twitter posting from the AAD on Mole day and skin cancer checks and thought well that solves it! It was about skin cancer. But as I started researching this post I disc...overed it was none of the above. Mole Day has to do with chemistry and a mole is a unit of an amount in chemistry. Dr. Tidwell knew this because he has a background in chemical engineering. We thought all this Mole confusion was rather funny. Still it's good to use the ABCDEs to do a self-exam and see a board-certified #dermatologist if you notice anything new, changing, itching, or bleeding.

Thank you for our patient who volunteered to let us show her before and after. She wanted 25 units of Botox to reduce the frown lines between her eyes, the furrows of the forehead, the crow's feet at the sides of her eyes. She wanted to reduce movement but wanted it to be subtle.
