The building is full! Big THANK YOU to everyone that came to our pop-up dinner tonight. It was wonderful to see the familiar and excited faces. Did you know? The BBQ pork is marinated overnight and roasted for an hour. The result is soft, flavorful pork with a slight smokiness, that perfectly compliments toothsome chow mein noodles.
