A happy, healthy and hopeful New Year to you all! 2020 what a rollercoaster of events and change this past year has been with difficulties and opportunities... clashing right up against each other. We have seen so much suffering and pain, anger and confusion, but also an enormous amount of kindness, support and generosity. There is a bitter sweetness around these extremes living side by side, but perhaps also an opportunity to see the reality of who we arethat this human experience isn’t perfect, never will be, and can be messy at times. But no matter how dark things get there is always a spark of goodness and kindness right in the midst of it all. In that sense perhaps 2020 has also been the year of revelations; shining a giant flashlight on everything that needs to be seen, heard and felt. And coming face to face with those truths isn’t easy. But I trust that we can move forward into a new year with resilience and courage and perhaps a little humility. And most importantly to never loose sight of what is good and precious in ourselves and each other! Wishing you and your families a great new beginning! May we all find peace. May we all be healthy.
