I understand the virus was a long incubation period during which carriers of the virus may not show symptoms and still be highly contagious. I confirm that I am not presenting any symptoms such as fevers, shortness of breath, dry cough, or any other COVID-19 symptoms. To prevent the spread of the contagious virus and help protect each other, I understand that I will have to follow the salon guidelines and ma...intain CDC, OSHA, and California Board of Cosmetology recommendation for safety measures by making appointments, replying to texts, and signing in at the front desk.
