Here is a preview of our Adams st. Project. This home had a poorly planned addition and garage conversion that we reconfigured. We also enlarged the kitchen area to a normal size. Our scope of work included:... * Replumbing the house and adding a new exterior tankless hot water heater in a new location * Rewiring part of the home * Sheetrocking all of the new framing, over 80 sheets of sheetrock. * Reconfiguring the addition bedroom/hallway/bathroom. * Reconfiguring the kitchen width * Reconfiguring the garage conversion * Retexturing the entire home * Installing all new 6-panel prehung doors and door casing throughout * Installing new 3 1/4 Coronado baseboard throughout * Installing laminate flooring in all areas except bedrooms and bathrooms. * All new door hardware * All new lights, switches, and outlets. * Interior and exterior paint * Adding and installing a new back door off of the kitchen * Two complete bathroom remodels. One with a subway tile surround and one with an acrylic tub/surround. *
