Nobody ever outgrows Scripture; the book widens and deepens with our years. Charles Spurgeon Turning a Bible study into a habit means it will actually happen. We really only need 3 things for a solid Bible study:... A Bible Time set aside The will to get started Make it a daily practice. Block out the time and use the verses below to study the week. Don’t just read it without retaining. Get into the Word, read the passages in 3 different translations, write in your Bible, highlight, make notes and then join some Sisterfriends at 6am LIVE and let’s discuss the passages. Also, I quote Spurgeon again: A Bible that’s falling apart usually belongs to someone who isn’t. How true is that? Put in the work. It’s worth it.

So, whatever else we do in worship, whatever style we embrace, let us be careful and diligent and devoted to "enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise! Give thanks to him; bless his name!" (Ps. 100:4). Who knows but that God responds: "Mmmmm! That smells goooood!"

Kick-Start Your Day and Join us at 6:00am each morning for morning devo. Here’s the thing, I know God is available to us at any and all times. And the wise and mature followers of Jesus Christ will seek Him frequently, regardless of the hour of the day or night. Nonetheless, we need to come into the Lord’s presence when we are at our best and our best is when we first wake up. I believe you will find scriptures and joining other Sisterfriends, will strengthen you in the midst of your challenges.

Today, I can soar because I am loved. I declare that the Lord will be faithful to complete the good work You’ve started, and as I step out into my day, I declare Your sovereignty over every area of my life. I entrust myself to You and ask that You use me however You see fit. This day is Yours. My body is Yours. My mind is Yours. Everything I am is Yours. May You be pleased with me today.... We are a Partnership Today’s passage Philippians 1:3-6 We know that God has begun a good work in us and the impact of the gospel has truly impacted our lives because of the Sisterfriendship of coming together in various ways has caused us to want to spread the gospel all over the world.

Move that out the way... that is God’s place.

We are Ridiculously Blessed! Because we are surrounded by all these amazing people of faith who gave testimony to the goodness of God. We are able to throw off everything that is hindering us for following God (fear, the distraction of social media, lack of discipline) and the sin that has us tangled up (envy, unforgiveness, pride, gossip, lying). We will run with perseverance, not giving up when it feels hard, doing the right thing when the wrong thing is easier. We will fix my eyes on Jesus because he is committed to our faith and he will perfect it. Let us will fix our eyes on Him.
