It fits in a normal parking space, but in a farmers market I like having more room than a 10x10. There are pictures from The Upland market a few years ago and we picked a space that had a little extra room so we could park the truck and setup outside too. There is an awning you can see in the picture that retracts on the driver's side for shade during hotter market days.
