Full disclosure! What you see on our feed and stories will never be the whole full story Just in case we gave away the impression we have it together! Sierra at 3 years old still goes to bed with a baby bottle full of coconut and almond milk, flax oil and nighttime minerals, she requires me to be next to her while she pinches my armpits that’s how she falls asleep after reading, also till recently she would wake up once or twice per night and ask for another bottle! Yes alm...ost 3 years of this and I the mother fully giving in because I didn’t want to hear her cry In the middle of the night! She has been potty trained since before turning 2 but at night still wears a diaper because the milk makes her pee! Listen I’ve done a lot of research about it all there is not a thing I don’t know about how it can affect the teeth among other things! When I was 5 I also drank out of a bottle so much so my Mom would put it in my backpack for kindergarten LOL the apple didn’t fall far from the tree! Also Recently when she gets really mad she will try to hit this is a phase and it requires boundaries and gentle discipline in our part! This I can handle, I know what and how to do it. The middle of the night was one I just was too sleeepy to take on! She is a bright, strong toddler and we adore her! I focus on the funny, sweet and cool here on the gram and it’s easier to record then an angry little toddler who is requiring your full presence! The way I start my Lunar year Feb 12 is more important then the traditional New Year’s Eve most of us have come to know. I specially love it because it gives me more time LOL I have a very specific space clearing that I will be performing (intricate) Below find 3 (simple) ways to clear your space. ... The most auspicious time to do this is on Chinese New Year. The Lunar New Year is symbolically a great time to clear out the old, stagnant energy in your home to make space for new, positive energy. ORANGE OIL In feng shui, oranges and orange peels represent vibrant, life affirming energy. Fresh orange peels work the best because they are the freshest, but you can also use 27 drops of orange essential oil. Place the orange peels or the essential oil in a spray bottle and fill it with water. Walk around your home and spray this citrus essence all around, paying special attention to dark corners and closets. Orange peel carries with it vibrant life energy to clear and, in turn rejuvenate, you and your home. This is excellent to do on an annual or even monthly basis. AIR IT OUT First, open all the windows and doors for a minimum of 9 minutes. Allow fresh air to move throughout the entire home. Second, walk around your space with your orange spray. Start at the entry door and move around the perimeter of each room in the home in a clockwise fashion. It is good practice to clear your space at least once a year. SMUDGE WITH PALO SANTO The stick of palo santo is ignited, then gently blown down to an ember to allow for spreading smoke around the space. Guidance of smoke to different areas of the room including corners, inside closets and in a clockwise fashion is important. Also, be sure to allow the wood to produce enough smoke to fill the air. Up to then it was something I heard from the mouths of the rich and famous... @prosperityhomes opened my mind and heart to the idea that I too could make a difference We teamed up and in the first year, from every home purchase loan I refer to @mortgageforgood a couple of hundred dollars was matched by them and it went to raising funds for the built of a home at that time Peru is where they were teaming up with a none profit, ran by college students who would build homes for families in dreadful conditions. I was hooked after my first built! But little that I know my world would take an unexpected turn with the death of my father, and becoming pregnant shortly after! Fast forward 4 years! And I’m backkk I am ready to give and receive because it is said that in service we don’t know who is helping who!! Cleaning my karma through service one day at time and having a blast doing it with friends 30 women came together this past weekend and the impact will be felt by not only the family we helped but by our own families, our children will learn early that service is the language of the heart My goal is to help 20 families in the sale or purchase of their home and donate in their name to @prosperityhomes This built is dedicated to my dear friend @justdaisytm and her sister @theeoliviaanddesishow who made this possible with their trust in me to purchase their homes and referring their friends!
