Responsibilities are not only from the Appliance companies !!! There are some important issues that all the techs complain about them and I would like to mention some of them here and it is up to the customer how they want to deal with them !!! :) YOU AS A CUSTOMER ARE RESPONSIBLE : 1- To make sure the area that Tech needs to work there is clean !!... It happened many times that Tech refused to go to the property because of these issues !!! A ) you need service on the DW, then take the dishes out and make sure it is clean enough to work on it. B ) you need service for Cook Top or range then don't cook something and try to have it cool enough that Tech can touch and don't turn the burners off right at the last minute. 2- Make sure where the main circuit breaker, water line and gas line is located in the property you live !!! It happened that many times for the emergency cases or even for just turning off the power tech has to spent more than 30 minutes to find it for the customer which makes the work none efficient. 3- Make sure not get too close to the Tech and give them room to Work no matter how curious you are, you can ask the questions later on !!! that makes the Tech nerves and cannot focus on what they are doing there. WE ARE APPLIANCE TECH COMPANY SO DON'T MIXED UP WITH HOUSE KEEPER PLEASE. Hi everyone :) Just wanted to mention some safety matters because many of the customers that we service, have no idea where these stuff are located and that makes it hard to take action in most emergency cases !!!! Three important things you need to know regarding the place you live either it is an apartment ( with no management ), house or town house which they are really important are : -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------...---------- 1- YOU NEED TO KNOW WHERE THE MAIN CIRCUIT BRAKER IS LOCATED AT YOUR PROPERTY !!! 2- YOU NEED TO KOW WHERE THE MAIN WATER VALVE IS LOCATED 3- YOU NEED TO KNOW WHERE THE GAS VALVE IS LOCATED !!! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- These are really important safety matters that you need to know about them because in case of emergency you need to be as quickly is possible in order to protect your family :) Don't forget to find out where your gas valve, circuit breaker and main water valve is located just for safety purpose :)
