Larry Himalaya, a Crew Chief with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 363, Special Purpose MAGTF - Crisis Response - Central Command, explains the importance of maintaining the MV-22 Ospreys and how the flight crew provides support for U.S. and coalition forces throughout our area of operations. Crew chiefs control anything that happens outside of the cockpit, such as maintenance of the aircraft, cargo storage and ensuring the safety of passengers. Crew chiefs load the airc...raft with cargo and also fire the weapons systems. Adams + Hinch Duvan Adams and Maxwell Hinch, Recruiting Substation Gilroy poolees, shipped off to Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego yesterday through Recruiting Station San Francisco on the Marine Corps’ buddy program. The buddy program is designed so that people who enlist in the Marine Corps together from the same area can get sent to recruit training at the same time and be in the same platoon....
