Designing this one of a kind neck piece was years in the making. Gary had the piece of branch coral and turquoise sitting in his collection forever just waiting for the right design. After finding the very cool large piece of botryoidal hematite at a gem show inspiration hit! A hand carved and textured bezel was created for the hematite so that you can really see the unique shape. The coral sits in an east/west formation appearing to float and the turquoise is held in pl...ace with a half bezel so you can really see the cool matrix pattern. We love working with unique stones especially when the crystal habit is botryoidal. Derived from the Greek word botrus, meaning "bunch of grapes".
