Walking into the weekend like....

Portra 800 giving all the tones! As a film photographer, I always want my images to look timeless and film helps me achieve just that. Becoming a hybrid photographer years back has changed my approach to my art for the better. It slows me down, makes me more intentional and has trained me on what moments to look for and how to predict when they will happen. As amazing as technology is, I will always be an analogue girl.

I don’t think I’ll ever stop being in awe of the beauty that surrounds us here in Southern California. I had so much fun with this gorgeous family running around one of my favorite locations in Orange County.

Cheers to 2021!!!! We all made it through one of the most trying year most of us have ever experienced. We all deserve to celebrate. While I am not one for New Years resolutions, I do want to make sure that I celebrate the small things in 2021. Hopefully we can all celebrate together soon. . . . .second shooting for @aliciaminkphoto

Here’s to a new year. One filled with life, love, happiness, success and health. After this year I think we will all find peace and solace in the little things more in 2021, which is actually such a nice reset for our usual mindset. Thank you to everyone who was part of our 2020, it was a blessing to work with each and every one of you. We hope to see you in 2021!

Well, it’s been a wild week over here. Still in Holiday mode but getting so excited for a new year, new beginnings, and new pretty photos of my amazingly gorgeous families, couples and brands. I hope that everyone had an amazing December!
