13 years ago my life changed forever. I don’t know how, but we made it!! Happy New Year everyone!! Thank you so much for your patience throughout the pandemic and our adjusted hours and working from home. It certainly isn’t easy to work from home and help the kids with school, but Liz and I have always tried our best to provide you the best customer service possible. I wish all of you continued health and happiness in 2021!!

Happy Thanksgiving!! I am so grateful for all of you. Hope you all have a safe and healthy holiday. We are eating outside and socially distant this year but I’ll take it!! I’m just happy to be with my family.

**UPDATE** The CA DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE has BLOCKED State Farm from providing our insureds this discount!! I am so disappointed in their logic. Sorry to share the bad news, but there will not be a rate decrease to ease the COVID economic crisis. Working less hours? Furloughed? Laid-off? Need more ? Well...Like a Good Neighbor...State Farm is there! I’m happy to share with you all that State Farm is reducing their auto rates in an effort to help our policyholders. ... I just got this message so I need to read more on the specifics for our state, but I had to share that help is coming. There is no need to do anything to get the lower rate, so just hang in there. I will update this post as soon as I get the specifics. Stay safe and feel free to share this post.
