The CSD and Foundation will have Notes of Gratitude available on site for community members to send their condolences and heartfelt messages to the family. The El Dorado Hills Promise Foundation--a 501(c)3 non profit corporation--and the El Dorado Hills Community Services District have combined this month's Foundation Food Truck Oktoberfest and the District's Scarecrow Contest/Trunk or Treat events on Friday, October 25 from 5pm to 8pm in the Community Park (corner of El Dorado Hills Blvd. and Harvard Way).
