While Veneese was always interested in environmental science and public health, a personal connection to her research topic motivated her to study the effects of air pollution on lun...g health: "I am also an asthmatic. So, my passion to study pulmonary toxicology really stems from my yearning to understand how the environment affects my lungs, and what I can do to help others like myself." Last Friday GGIP met to watch a movie together! Enola Holmes (2020) by Harry Bradbeer presented an interesting battle of wits among its characters. It was delightful to share this experience with the brilliants minds of GGIP!
