"Unbelievably Beautiful Fully Renovated top to bottom" this is the information what the listing agent Julie put on the MLS, I don't want say too much, but you can feel when you review the photos w/ before and after. This is a flipping project in La Mirada city close whittier, on 12/31 last year, the investor asked me go check this property with them, then I gave them some recommendations with rehab cost, they accepted and summit the offer, finally they had the property on 1/2...8/2020 w/ closing price $500K, once close escrow, we made a design and summit the plan to the city, cause this job not touch too much structure, so plan approved over the counter on 2/5, then we started the project until completed with city inspections, Julie listed this house last week, the asking price is $720K and today the house is already in escrow with a good offer, hope this can close soon and they shoot another target soon. if you want more information click https://idx.homespotter.com/hs_crmls/crmls/PW20066976 ask Arnold or Julie.
