**Member Spotlight** Meet Parvin Sharifi, one of our most active, enthusiastic and nature loving members. She loves everything outdoors including, hiking, kayaking, practicing yoga and pilates. Retired from a career in aviation management, education, and professional training, she now enjoys traveling, family reunions, and furthering her education. She came across the club’s website while searching for a woman’s club. I joined because I was looking to volunteer in projects that help people in need and enjoy their social activities says Parvin. **Member Spotlight**Meet @property_seller Evelyn Lauchenauer, 2nd generation member of our club. She is a successful local real estate agent and world traveler. She is passionate about preserving historical buildings, including our beloved building and clubhouse Evelyn serves on the club’s building and fundraising committees. She enjoys hiking in the Sequoias with John and her fur baby Rhett @ GFWC Woman’s Club of Playa del Rey

Another local organization ~ Westchester Arts & Music hosts Friday night live music events on Instagram. Supports the Emerson Community Garden. Neighbors helping neighbors. Continue the spirit.
