Stop letting negative emotions, limiting decisions, doubts and worries block you from hitting your goals. Instead, release these blocks in order to set goals toward what you want increasing your internal motivation. Jenn and I worked with a professional women's golfer that had been on the LGPA tour. Two years prior she had been in a scanario where there was thought to be an active shooter. She had correlated stepping on the golf course with dying. This causes her to lose her... spot on the tour. This cost her money, sponsorships, her goals, and her dreams, time and mental stability. Her current "mediocre" job made her miserable and she felt like a fraud. She had spent $20,000 on different types of therapy and she kept reliving the trauma NOT releasing it. After one session with us she broke through her trauma, negative emotions, and limiting descions and just three days later she was back in the golf course and received 3rd place and a big check!
