The Genius Kids Club in Danville is looking to hire an energetic, reliable and responsible aide to join our wonderful team! We have an immediate opening for an aide position in our TK/K program. This part-time job will consist of approximately 20 hours/week. This position will require the aide to be on-site at our center. All teachers and students are required to wear masks and follow other strict health and safety measures. Applicants with ECE credits is a PLUS!... Main responsibilities: - Assist and facilitate remote-learning with our full time in-center students. - Help and support students with school homework. - Ensure students are practicing in-center health and safety COVID protocols. - Execute any student check-ins/check-outs from the center. - Maintain a clean and organized environment for students and fellow staff members. - Provide fun, educational, and interactive activities for students. - Work closely with TK/K Lead Teacher. We require our prospective employees to have the following requirements: - Readiness & willingness to learn - Commitment to this type of career - Excellent attendance - Punctuality: It is imperative to be on time because of class timings and structure - Professionalism, flexibility and a good attitude - Time management skills - Some college work preferred If you are interested in learning more about the position that we have to offer, we are beginning our interview process immediately.
