List of Common Emergency Maintenance Issues Call Center Protocol What determines a common area maintenance emergency?... Any issue where the (Association) needs immediate notification. An Emergency Call Center is the first point of contact and screens each call and determines whether or not the situation is an emergency. If the situation is an emergency, then the call is dispatched to the scheduled on-call maintenance personnel to communicate with the tenant and determine the course of action. Below is our default list of common area maintenance emergencies. RAIN GUTTER CLEANING Rain Gutter Cleaners will be performing the rain gutter cleaning on: Monday January 20, 2020 and Tuesday January 21, 2020 Hours of Operation: 9am-4pm... Please close all windows and front doors. Remove all personal belongings that you do not want wet or damaged. The association will not be responsible for personal belongings left in the common area.

Landscape Spraying: For the week of 1/21/2020, our spray days will be on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (5 days a week). and we will be treating for weeds. Remember that halloween etiquette is that if you have candy and would like kids to trick or treat your house then please leave your porch light on. If you do not have candy or would not like kids to visit you then please turn off your porch light. But be safe - don't open the door if you do not feel it is safe to do so.

We are short 25 member signatures to meet quorum requirements. Be a Board Director and Make a Lasting Impact on our Community. The common goal of the Genesee Highlands Association (GHA) Board of Directors is to preserve property values, safety and living conditions while keeping costs reasonable. A Board director may comment on issues that are financial, organizational, contractual, legal, or real estate. To apply, Association members may get and return a Candidate Nomination/Qualification Form to the on-site office by 6 pm, Friday, August 9, or be nominated at the annual members meeting on September 25.

Residents are reminded to clean up their own move-out trash. Genesee Highlands is not a dumping ground, and fines may be assessed for littering the common area.
