Dr. Victor Rios has lived two lifetimes. In his first, he was a gang member, juvenile delinquent and high school dropout. Today, he's a sociology professor at UC Santa Barbara, who studies at-promise youth. He will also serve as keynote speaker of this year’s College Access Day! We look forward to his hearing his inspirational message of how to provide emotional support to our students and families, especially as we reopen our campuses. ...
