Between now and then get out there and start conditioning on your own and if you have a chance play catch with a family member.... Also you/your parents need to fill out sports net online. Phase 1 baseball workouts started today, it was great being on the field again even though we were limited on what we could do. Right now it’s about knocking off the Covid rust. Next work out is Wednesday, make sure your forms are turned in. 3:30pm - 5pm Varsity Field. Go Spartans

Baseball is back, kind of. Starting October 5, 2020 we will be starting a Phase 1 of trainings. Please report to the Varsity field at 3:30pm, we will train until 5pm, followed by field prep. Time to get back to where we left off. Need to sign up with Coach McCay and fill out AAU form and pay a small fee. Go Spartans
