HAPPY THANKSGIVING everyone and Congratulations to our latest buyers who closed yesterday on this fab house in West Hills. Chris rep’d this VA buyer in multiple offers. The men and women who serve or have served in our armed forces have access to generous government VA loans that require little to no down payment which is a great perk for them but which proves rather uncompetitive in this current market in which many buyers have 30%, 40%, 50% or more down payments, with so...me buyers even paying all cash. Chris worked with this buyer and his lender to craft an offer that, despite having only a $20,000 down payment, was so strong on all of the other meaningful terms (contingency periods, price, etc) that the seller accepted it over two other offers without even a counter offer. Working with another agent prior to Chris, this buyer lost out on four homes over as many months. Chris got them this house on their first try and within four days of their initial meeting. We love what we do especially when we’re able to help families who’ve lost hope that they’ll ever be able to secure their goal of homeownership. So today we’re THANKFUL for all of our clients and for our fellow industry agents who work hard on behalf of their clients too. It’s a team effort! HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE!
