Welcome to Gaspachos, here is a little bit about us. This is our shop. We are best known for our mangonada and Morelia Gaspachos. We are consider a juice bar, you can buy freshly prepared fruit cups and natural juices. You can find us in #SouthSacramento on the corner of Franklin & Fruitrige. We open at 8AM and close at 6PM. We have an outdoor sitting area and deliver. You can also order through DoorDash . We cater for private corporate events and special occasions like #weddings and birthday celebrations. Our fall menu is now available and it includes cold and hot coffees and pastries.

Our 2020 Día De Los Muertos altar is up. We invite you to come in with friends and family to check it out. The opportunity to share our culture with our #Sacramento community is something we truly appreciate. Day Of The Dead is a time to remember and celebrate the life and afterlife of those who are gone. Each year, on November 1st and 2nd, family and friends reunite in cemeteries and at home to pay tribute to the children and adult souls that have passed. We started this business in 2011 at Día De La Familia in Cal Expo. We didn't have a logo or menu just an idea with purpose: make healthy, Mexican, authentic fruit cups and share our culture. At that time, we had a new member in the family, a baby girl, and we were inspired to create a legacy for our family that meant something. We were a bunch of twenty-something years old siblings trying to make it in this country. For many years we all had regular jobs... and sacrificed our weekends to work for the family business. Many times we didn't get paid because we invested everything back into Gaspachos. We appreciate the chance to built something from nothing. As time passed we learned and failed, learned and failed, and learned, AND WE GOT BETTER. In the last few years we have focused on building a brand with the intent of opening a store ; last year we got to do that. Dreams become reality when they are driven by action and purpose. We hope this post reminds you that it doesn't matter that you sell the same products, or that the other boss has more resources than you, what matters is your dedication to not quit on yourself. Our Fruit Bowl is inspired by the Mexican biónico. All fruits are optional and we carry 3 different yogurt flavors: strawberry, vanilla and plain. We use agave or honey from Mexico as sweetener. This fruit bowl is a customer favorite and an energizing meal.
