Meet my pops, Lobster Lou ! He’s been a commercial fisherman in San Diego, celebrating his 41st spiny lobster season! I have fond memories with my Dad on the water and cooking seafood always brings me closer to him! Just like our produce, our seafood is seasonal, too!
