Garden Creek Ranch Vineyards Winery

An evening of night harvesting our second vintage of Anderson Valley Golden Fleece Vineyard Pinot Noir additional vineyards we own in Mendocino County. Elevations range from 800 to 1,000 feet. South of Philo and the eastern slopes in the valley. We planted the vineyard in 2013 focusing on clones 667, 115 and Calera clone. Eight barrels this year. For us, it’s a family business. Our children work alongside us and the Gonzalez crew. This time of year is like no other time.... Pride shines from our faces deep within us. Each cluster picked by hand. Our selection begins in the vineyard, then handsorted on the table alongside gentle movement to tank. Outstanding in the Field is a true first-class, incredibly driven traveling celebration who understand how to share the beauty in land, place, flavors and friendship. We do not commonly share our land in this magnitude as we are private in our approach in sharing our wines and vineyards, yet Justin and I were both filled with inspiration and love after our 24-hour collaboration.
