A Garden for Thuy A Garden for Thuy by Adee Horn @chicadeesf in memory of Adee’s dearly beloved friend, Thuy Nguyen who passed Friday morning. Adee describes Thuy as the kindest, fiercest person she’s known. Thuy Nguyen was the co-founder of SF Skate Club, an amazing youth program she built with her husband, Shawn Connolly on Divisadero Street that serves as a community hub- a local skate shop that hosts skate camps and an after school program that provides homework h...elp and educational activities to so many SF youth. Thuy spread so much light to the commubity and made such an impact on so many lives, including some of our very own employees who loved spending as much time as they possibly could at their second home, SF Skate. We are honored to have Adee’s tribute to beloved Thuy across the street from us and it’s a beautiful reminder of how precious life is. Thank you @chicadeesf. Rest in Paradise Thuy

PUMPKIN CRUNCH Pumpkin Crunch is launching in tonight’s 7pm preorders ! No frills, just buttery mac. nut crust with creamy pumpkin and topped with cream cheese frosting! This classic dessert is a local favorite in Hawaii and almost guaranteed to be at every Thanksgiving, holiday gathering and potluck cut in cubes and served in cupcake liners! LIMELON TAJIN Limelon Tajin sorbet is launching in this evenings 7pm preorders! Limelon is a lime melon limited addition hybrid that tastes just like juicy melon and finishes with a burst of lime! It’s SO refreshing, we knew we had to turn it into a sorbet! And as if it couldn’t get any better, we added a few shakes of Tajin (mild lime seasoning) and as you can imagine, the flavors went straight through the roof !!... ISLAND JAM We had to do one last run of our Island Jam before pluot season comes to an end! Shop-made jam made with @kashiwasefarms pluots li hing mui (Chinese salty plum) meyer lemon peel swirled into a rich and creamy Tahitian vanilla base. Farmer Spotlight We want to highlight and show our appreciation to the people that work day in and day out in all the elements to put nourishing food on our tables and allow us to create some of our most beloved flavors. Our cantaloupe ice cream in last week’s pre-orders was produced with organic cantaloupes from family owned and operated @delbosquefarms. While stopping by to pick up cantaloupes at the farm in Fresno last week we had the honor of spending time with Maria o...f Del Bosque Farms. We learned about her families farm over slices of their juicy cantaloupe, honeydew , mix melons, and watermelon ! Maria and her husband have worked side by side for over 40 years! Together they founded Del Bosque Farms and operate it daily with their family and over 400 employees, many of whom have been with them for decades. Del Bosque grows hundreds of acres of organic melons and adheres to very strict guidelines and practices in order to be certified organic. They hand-pick their melons at perfect ripeness, distributing to major grocery stores such as Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and many others! MAD PROPS! Thank you @delbosquefarms for your hard work to provide us with incredible food and for your commitment to organic farming practices. We appreciate you! @ Del Bosque Farms
