It’s Stefan and it’s been over one year since we closed our doors due to COVID-19. It’s been a challenging year to say the least but we are very grateful for the growth on so many levels. Technologically speaking I’ve learned so much about teaching online and navigating the internet like never before. I’d like to thank all the people that continue to show up day in and day out to not only support my family but the art of yoga.
