The Garden Green exterior corbels and concrete window surrounds and belly banding continue to be installed. This hard work will take another week of work to complete. Then exterior first floor brick will be applied, and second and third floor final color coat of smooth stucco will be applied. Interior Schluter bathroom total room water proofing is complete and tiling began today! In 10 days the 200 year old Euro Oak engineered wood flooring will be installed throughout the project.
The fabrication of the 4 stained mahogany front doors is complete today!
More progress this week, with the garage doors installed, eve facias being painted, interior painting and both 3 story elevators being installed!
More progress was made today with second coat of concrete brown coat of stucco, (one more final coat to go!), and interiors now have all taping done, with first coat of mud, and now a first smooth coat of troweled mud over the whole drywall facias. Painting to begin by the end of the week!
The interior taping and mudding of the drywall continues and the exterior first coat of stucco scratch is now completed!
Concrete 2nd story flooring was poured yesterday, which gives a solid feel and sound abatement between floors.
More progress at Garden Green Condos! Drywalling began last week, and now electrical, plumbing and HVAC are complete. Soon the exterior brick and stucco will begin.
More progress! Most windows installed, plumbing completed, electrical done in 2 weeks, HVAC nearly completed, fire sprinklers installed, scaffolding installed for brick and stucco, fire places installed, all framing completed, most security cameras, tv, internet and digital in home theater wiring is completed too!
Framing will be done in a week, and electrical, HVAC and plumbers are already half way completed as we complete the framing here in SLO.

More steel beams were delivered today!
Besides massive wood beams already installed at Garden Green, today some steel I beams were delivered. And more are coming!
