Thanks to all who came to Galilee yesterday for church! And also to those who watched on Zoom! And to those who have yet to view the service, which is available NOW on YouTube at https://studio.youtube.com//UCE8gyZ4vynuggG/videos/upload We missed MaryBeth, but had the pleasure of having two professional musicians on piano and viola. Next week we'll probably be back to simply guitar.... Also, the Zoom instructions may say we start at 9:30, but it is actually a 10 am start time. And next week we have a Worship and Music meeting after the service. There WAS a glitch with the sound, which was corrected during the service. No need to explain what it was; needless to say, the learning curve continues. We were inside, physically distanced, etc. because of the weather. At 4 pm on Saturday, March 27th, you'll be able to see our Passion Sunday service, complete with the Procession of the Palms, music, and...NO SERMON! Instead, we re-enacted the last week of Jesus' life from Palm Sunday to Good Friday. It's different and yes, only 31 minutes long. Coming up...Good Friday at 7 pm, a Zoom service wit...h Galilee members presenting the "7 Last Words of Christ." Look for the email next week with the link to join in. And...excited?...we are planning to meet in person, outdoors, on Easter Sunday at 10 am. Don't miss this opportunity to meet together at last! We will be observing Covid 19 protocols and staying safe, while enjoying worship together outside.
