This is a very good video from Mark Langley. I'd like to see more people put more emphasis on the very first thing he mentions. What I see too often is people approaching a horse and going to offer the halter or "getting down to business" when the horse is trying desperately to communicate that it's worried or concerned about what's going to happen. Many of them have learned the futility of trying to leave, but on the inside, they wish they were five miles away.
