These borrowers choose on a monthly basis what payment they would like to make including making no mortgage payment at all without incurring any late fees or adverse marks against their credit. They can even take cash out for whatever purpose they so choose all the while knowing that they retain full home ownership in a federally insured loan product. At G.W.
