NO Longer IN Business

This is Toby! He was terrified of me at first - growled at me when I came up to the door to take him to the van. But I could tell he wasn't aggressive, just uncertain about the situation and this strange person that smelled like a million different dogs. I decided I could definitely get the job done, I just had to take it extra slow with the poor guy. With God-given patience and bravery in his part, we finally got Toby in the tub. He LOVED the rundown part - not so much the high velocity dryer, but hey it was his first groom ever! We did as much as he was comfortable with. He went back in happy and clean and that's all that matters. Also, it's so rewarding when a dog changes his mind about you. Toby was definitely a very sweet boy.
