If anybody is at home going stir crazy and wants to tackle some furniture repairs on their own, post a picture and describe the problem and maybe I can walk you through it. What the heck. Save the world and learn a new skill at the same time! Please like and share this post.
Where can I donate these respirator masks and gloves?
Dear friends, family, customers and potential customers. During this difficult time when we are all trying to cope with this Covid-19 pandemic. I hope you will remember the small businesses in your communities. Restaurants and bars are taking a major hit. So are musicians. Your local craftspeople and repair shops are also suffering. Our business is less than half of normal right now. Fortunately we have a back log of work so we are busy for the moment. But in a few wee...ks things could dry up completely. In my 40 years in business I've been through some pretty serious down turns and managed to come out the other side. Sometimes just from shear stubbornness I think. This could be worse. This could be different. I won't count on a government handout. Those don't usually go to small business people like myself. I just want something to fix. So if you're home going stir crazy. Now might be the time to get grandmas rocking chair fixed. Or refinish the dining room table. Please bring it on down. We are a small shop. There are no crowds and we wipe everything down with a germicidal cleaner after each customer. We even have hand sanitizer. So come on down. Avoid the rush. We will keep the light on for you. Like and share. Spread the word! See more

Repaired, refurbished and ready for Santa.
It's a functional rocker now. Next step, make it pretty.
The backrest post on this antique rocking chair was broken beyond repair. So far I've got the new section fabricated and secure. Will it be a functioning rocking chair in time for Christmas? It will if this elf has anything to do with it!
