#transformationtuesday Some days I miss my baby belly while other days I wish for my flat stomach but every day I give myself praise for enduring such a life changing transformation. Being pregnant taught me that the body is truly an amazing machine! Our bodies are a reflection of how we take care of it and nourish it and challenge it. During my pregnancy I kept up with my fitness and while my nutrition wasn’t stellar (can’t fight the cravings) I always held true to my Herba...life nutrition - having my meal replacement smoothies reassured me I was getting at least one healthy meal that day (no, grilled cheese does not count as a healthy meal but boy were they tasty ). It’s what kept my energy up throughout, what supported me in putting on a healthy 25 lbs. and is what’s helped me get back to my pre pregnancy weight in 3 weeks. Once I get clearance to workout (and when baby gives me the time) I’ll work on the next phase of #missionprepregnancybody to add muscle tone back but until then I’m cleaning up my diet (can’t use cravings as my excuse anymore), adding in more protein (was on carb overload), and cutting out the desserts.
