K-9 Mueller served the Fullerton Police Department for 10 years. Mueller was named in honor of his donors, Fran and Bruce Mueller, both Fullerton residents and former FPD Retired Senior Volunteers. Mueller is responsible for the apprehension of many suspects, while protecting his partners. He has assisted in numerous searches for illegal drugs yielding in the recovery of approximately 200 pounds of cocaine, 45 pounds of heroin, over 3000 MDMA pills and a total seizure of over $10 million dollars. Mueller will live out his retirement chasing the squirrels with his handler. Congrats Boy, you’ve earned it! #K9Mueller #RetiredLife #24k9

Rotar update - As you can see Rotar is adjusting well to retired life. He spent his first official week of retirement playing with his family, going for walks and soaking up that summer sun #RetiredWorkingDog #Rotar #HappyBoy
Titan, Jax and Nubbin want to wish you all a happy and safe 4th of July. #IndependenceDay #WorkingDogs #FPDk9Unit #24K9
As you have seen Rotar was recently involved in an Officer involved shooting on May 27th where he had been stabbed in the back. While we are happy to say Rotar is healing well, he will be retiring in the next couple weeks. Rotar joined the Fullerton PD family about 7 years ago. He is responsible for the apprehension of many and the protection of his partners. Thank you Rotar for your service to the City of Fullerton and it’s residents. Enjoy living the retired life. #91k #K9Rotar #Retirement
Happy Birthday K9 Adam
