Lt. Governors' Installation - UPDATE It was a wonderful evening and GREAT people coming together. Many awards given out - to Mark Guttenplan (President), he was awarded a plaque - the Club Leadership Award) and myself (Debbi Fields) received The Cary Mayer Award for Secretary of the Year. Fullerton Circle K was present and handed out thank you cards from their members along with a little container (all were various), but had survival goodies in little containers. Everything went well... we all were safe in what we did and how we interacted with one another.

The following note is from our New Lt. Governor of the district: GOOD AFTERNOON CURRENT AND INCOMING OFFICERS! As the new term is fast approaching, I wanted to touch base with you on a few items.... Lieutenant Governor Installation. I am very excited to announce Division 30 will be joining efforts with Division 4 in having a Region 3 Lieutenant Governor Installation on September 27, 2020 at KiwanisLand. We are very fortunate to have it at KiwanisLand where there is plenty of space to follow the Safe At Home Guidelines. Please see the attached flyer for additional information and registration deadlines. B. Awards. If you have a special member, community ally, or youth serving stakeholder you would like to acknowledge, the LTG Installation is the perfect opportunity to present them with an Distinguished Service, Community Service, Youth Service, or Dunlap Award. Please purchase the awards now so the honorees can be presented at the Installation. C. Silent Auction Gift Baskets. Please bring a gift basket valued at a $25 minimum to be auctioned off during the Installation. It was a huge success last year and ALL monies raised will be donated to the CNH Children’s Fund COVID Relief Project or Scholarship Program. Like you, I know of many individuals/families that have been dramatically impacted by COVID and they could greatly benefit from these support programs. 2020-2021 DCMs. Last but not least, It’s official, the DCMs are scheduled for the 4th Wednesday of each month at KiwanisLand. A decision was made to move the meetings to a Wednesday so that all clubs can attend. As such, please mark your calendars to attend the first 2020-2021 DCM on Wednesday October 28, 2020 at 6 PM.
