For the last 15 years we have hosted our Annual Christmas Party and Toy Drive. Unfortunately, due to the lockdown we are unable to entertain this year, however, we still are going to have our toy drive. We sincerely appreciate if you continue to support the children. The housing numbers continue to remain strong. We are paying close attention to the 4th quarter numbers report next month but overall we have not seen a season decline as in the past. #YahooFinance #HousingMarket #HomeownershipMatters

Even with record low interest rates and steady job growth, we find the Real Estate market showing early signs of struggles. The rising cost of homes over the past 7 years has impacted affordability like we have not seen before. - Ashley Thomas III
