SCRIPPS' DENISON LIBRARY meets LA PUBLIC LIBRARY ICONOGRAPHER.. Join us for a visit to the Denison Library at Scripps College, a hidden gem right in our own backyard. It is also home to the papers of beloved Scripps Professor Hartley Burr Alexander and famed iconographer. Learn what an iconographer is and why he was so important to the L.A Public Library. This is part of our On the Same Page Events celebrating ''The Library Book'' by Susan Orleans. Saturday, February 29th- 10 AM at the Denison Library,1090 Columbia Ave..Come one come all !!
